Return Policy
We want you to love your Đi Đi Mau product. However, due to the nature of skincare, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or there is an order error.
Returns: We only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside this window or for opened/used products will not be accepted.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damaged Items: If your product arrived damaged or spilled during shipping, you must contact us at support@didimauskincare.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit or we made an error with your order.
