Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or peak holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

If available, international shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.

Please note:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Đi Đi Mau Skincare is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Shipping service interruptions

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location.

  2. Verify the address provided at checkout.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Allow 24–48 hours in case of delayed scanning.

If you need additional support, please contact support@didimauskincare.com and we will assist in opening a carrier claim where applicable.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

If a package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine appropriate next steps.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@didimauskincare.com with your order number and photos.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Order Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized resale activity.
