Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety standards for skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your product is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@didimauskincare.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or limited-edition items

For safety and sanitation reasons, personal care items that have been opened cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return unless defective.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the unopened item (once approved) and place a new order.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.

Items must still be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened personal care items are not eligible for return unless defective.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
